I love this place, right on the Harbor - excellent seafood and as a hush puppy connisseur I think theirs are the best! They also have seafood buckets for the entire table that are quite popular.

I love Mexican food and I eat here once a week! Open for dinner only. Large restaurant so not usually a huge wait for a table. Like anywhere, go early in the summer to avoid the crowds.

A great spot for breakfast or lunch - sometimes for dinner. You can dine in, but I like to grab a turkey avocado sandwich and fries and eat it at the beach! An easy place to grab some beach food - order over the phone and pick it up! If they have frosted brownies, trust me and get one. Or two. Or twelve.

Get here early, the donuts sell out quicker than at Krispy Kreme! And their cakes are to die for. And if you like key lime pie....or even if you don't like key lime pie...you will LOVE their key lime pie. You can stop by and just buy a cake or a pie and it will change your life. If you see a caramel or strawberry cake, buy the entire cake and thank me later. And they also have a great breakfast. I can't get enough of the huevos rancheros.

A crowd favorite and right next door is Maguires Pizza which is some of my favorite pizza. The only pizza that tops it is Grimaldi's but too far to drive in summer traffic!

I told you I love Mexican food and this is the real deal - a little Taqueria located inside a real Mexican market. Call in your takeout order - the steak burrito is amazing! When you pull up you might doubt me, but I KNOW my Mexican food!!!

When we rent boats we use Luther's or Boogies and love them both. They work HARD and deliver a great service. They'll load your stuff on the pontoon, have an ice filled cooler and life jackets. Just please be careful when driving the boat, follow the rules and have the best day - it's a whole 'nother perspective to see Destin from a boat.

I'm dying to do this - it looks so fun! Look on their website for options and prices! I recommend booking this for a Thursday night and take in the Harbor fireworks while cruising in your tiki hut! 10/10 Instagram photo!

Fun place to go to take in the Harbor plus shops and restaurants. You will pay for parking. Thursdays are the busiest so unless you love crowds and parking far away and walking, pick another day.

If you are here for a while or during off season, I definitely recommend a day trip to 30A. Super cute little beach towns like Seaside, Alys Beach, Seagrove, Rosemary Beach and more.
