Bus is is cheap and efficient; and so are bikes
Closest bus stop is on Table Mesa Drive, two block walk. Bike paths will take you downtown to pearl street. There is an extensive network of bike trails. Parking for cars is generally easy to find and reasonably priced if you are coming from urban areas.
