It's close by and offers a nice easy hike by the water or to the lookout for a great view. It showcases how the first Hawaiians grew plant, fruits and vegetables. See it when the West Maui Mountains are in the sun which is generally in the morning. On the way down stop at the little park on the right side. It is dedicated to the first settlers not of Hawaiian decent. Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese etc. You can enjoy a snack or lunch at the pavilions located along the river. Complete with BBQ but needs briquettes if cooking. Just take Highway 30 from condo turning right or you will end up in Lahaina, and follow the signs.

Travel through our only lava fields to access this bay. It is a Marine Preserve so no fishing but enjoy the sights, take a well marked hike, snorkel or SCUBA here.

Also, have a full tank of gas because it is really expensive in Hana.

Enjoy the beach or the three hotels that are quite nice. Stay for 5th Friday activities. Be sure to know the ferry schedule to get back. If you are a diver be sure to dive the Cathedrals off Lanai.

Wednesday is Rib night...ono! Check out the wide menu. One night is prime rib. Most couples can split meals here as they are large. You can walk to this restaurant and its best to do that unless you are mobility challenged.

The only Sports Bar near the condo. So many TV's and beers on tap. I love the sweet potato french fries and their burgers are very good. Nights also feature a Sushi chef.

Located in Azeka Mauka in Kihei but there is also a new location in the Target Shopping Center near Walmart and Home Depot in Kahului. Salads are so very good. Every item is grown locally. My favorite lunch venue.

This is definitely a treat! We love having ice cream at the bottom. You can choose up to three flavors. Top it off or eat as is. Best shave ice in the islands. The ice cream is only sold on Maui and is the best ever.
