Super Duper high quality gourmet ice cream, not high falutin' just amazing and delicious..and the flavors....Marsh Mud (double dark chocolate), almond joy, bourbon crunch, limoncello, cotton candy, lucky charms, wallops rocket fuel (hot pepper, chocolate and cinnamon), cherries jubilee......well you get the idea! they also have their main store in Chincoteague Virginia on the way into the National Seashore so you can hit it down there too....this is a fabulous place if you love love love ice cream its a don't miss.

Beautiful natural area on the Pocomoke River which is dark from tanins from cypress trees growing along the banks....very fast running river beautiful and pristine. kayaking is great on this river. Very popular spot, another Pocomoke River access is at Shad Landing.

Beach, fishing, nature drives, of course the wild ponies are an attraction here. The famous childrens book "Misty of Chincoteague" was written about this place. This is a special place worth the drive to enter from the southern end of the park in Chincoteague Virginia...you can not drive the length of the island on the barrier island...you must drive south on the mainland to enter in VA.
