Garden of the Gods is a ‘must see’ for all who come to Colorado Springs. It’s free, you can drive through it or park your car and choose from many hiking trails. The scenery is beautiful and there are so many options for pictures. If you stop by the Visitor Center across the road, from the entrance to the park, they will give you a map which gives you great information.

Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center
Garden of the Gods is a ‘must see’ for all who come to Colorado Springs. It’s free, you can drive through it or park your car and choose from many hiking trails. The scenery is beautiful and there are so many options for pictures. If you stop by the Visitor Center across the road, from the entrance to the park, they will give you a map which gives you great information.
The Trading Post looks small on the outside, but is so big on the inside and they have an array of gifts, souvenirs, and art. Enjoy lunch at the Balanced Rock. Cafe. The historical Garden of the Gods Trading Post is on the southwest edge of the park and is a stone’s throw from the famous Balanced Rock. The Balanced Rock is a favorite place for taking pictures, too.
