It has built a history specializing in authentic, home-style New Mexican dishes made with traditional red and green chile, handmade tortillas, and made to order margaritas, using only 100% agave tequila.
Maria’s New Mexican Kitchen is proud part of the Santa Fe Dining restaurant group and they continue to uphold and preserve the long standing traditions and hospitality that its guests and our community have come to love.

The Plaza Cafe, Santa Fe’s oldest restaurant, has been serving highly acclaimed, authentic traditional dishes since 1905. In 1947, Dan Razatos, a Greek immigrant with an American dream, took over the Plaza Cafe and his family has been feeding Santa Fe ever since. Dan married a local girl named Beneranda and together they ran the Plaza and raised six children. As their children grew they all worked at the Plaza and helped to create what the restaurant is today.

Tiny’s is a family owned and operated restaurant/lounge in Santa Fe since 1950 when our founder “Tiny Moore” started the business 68 years ago. Centrally located at the Southeast corner of Cerrillos Road & St. Francis Drive intersection. Near-by you see the Rail-Runner crossing the intersection numerous times daily from the entrance. Inside you can enjoy one of the Southwest’s great made from scratch kitchen offering, Native New Mexican Foods. Red Chile and Green Chile, indigenous to New Mexico and especially Santa Fe, compliments our Charbroiled Rib-Eye, Sirloin Steaks, ground beef as well as our homemade green chile rellenos, chicken enchiladas not to mention many other New Mexican Plates. A full bar offering gives one a feeling that can only be found when you know you’ve found a great place to eat, drink and dance. Tiny’s has the bar area where Santa Fe’s best entertainment is offered, showing photographs, by Coad Miller, of local musicians adorning the walls. The dining room and surrounding interior of the patio area offers some of Coad’s other accomplishments, landscapes in oil paintings, displaying his love for the Southwest’s beauty.
A beautiful patio can offer some solace from the busy bar/”old” dinning room antics while sipping a refreshing margarita, by the tranquil fountain of St. Francis that sits beside the shady cherry tree enveloping the patio, French doors open to the interior patio dinning area where perimeter seating boncos together with other seating offer a sizable seating area for nearly 90 guests. The out door patio seats almost 50 and the “old” dinning room/bar area seats another 90 for some spacious hospitality offerings at reasonable prices. There’s nothing small about Tiny’s! Come as you are bring the kids, we have a kids menu, they’ll love our cheese quesidillas or a Tiny burger with fries. Tiny’s offers quality food, affordable prices, attentive service together with a great bar and weekend entertainment. In 1996, we opened our original location at 1814 Second Street, where we still operate our very busy 10BBl brewhouse. It was a modest beginning with some obstacles, but enthusiasm prevailed and thanks to the support of our loyal customers, it was a success! Our original location is also a busy restaurant and local watering hole, featuring a full menu and 9 rotating Second Street beers on tap.
In 2010, we opened our second location next to the Santa Fe Farmer’s Market in the Railyard District. The Railyard area is a busy arts and entertainment district, where you can find a different show, market or exhibit every day of the week. Our Railyard taproom has a full menu, patio and a rotating selection of beers on draft.
