As a self-professed pizza lover (who isn't?!), this place has the best pizza. I love their Hawaiian and service is top notch. Dine in, carry-out, or delivery!

Parks & Nature
I've been going here for years. Great for families and those that just want "peace and quiet." Water is shallow and calm; I like to snorkel here. Walk on the pier and enjoy great views of part of the shoreline and dunes on the park on one side and the populated hotels and beach on the other side.
Hiking trails throughout the park. Can watch alligators, turtles and lots of birds at the gator pond. Lots of deer throughout the park. Boat/pontoon rentals, boat launch with fish cleaning station. Fishing is permitted on the piers. Small entry fee per vehicle, but well worth it!

Anyone that's a native Floridian or has lived here a long time knows Publix is known for its subs and sweet tea! While I do my weekly grocery shopping here, I love to stop here before I head to the beach and get a sub and iced tea. Their subs are AMAZING. Forget Firehouse, Subway, or any other chain sub shop. Publix makes excellent subs and you can even order on their app and pick up in store without a wait! My favorite is the Cuban, and if you are lucky...they will use actual Cuban bread instead of a plain, white sub roll!
