This is a great park for hiking and also has a huge playground for children. The trails follow along the White River and there is a creek for stomping on warm days. There is also a nature center with some frogs, turtles and bird watching area.

This amazing space the is part of the IMA museum, but completely free. This was the park mentioned in John Green's hit "The Fault in our Stars." It features some very cool sculpture art and a hiking trail around a small lake. It can also be accessed via the central canal towpath.

A beautiful museum, that can easily be seen in an afternoon, also included in your ticket is the Lilly house and gardens, which is worth the trip in its own right. You can see the recently restored original iconic LOVE statue by Robert Indiana. There is also a special space for children to explore.

Great for families and history buffs. The also frequently run special programs such as symphony on the prairie in the summer and special fall hayrides and headless horsemen reenactments.
