CLEANING FEE NOTE —
Unlike other AirBnbs, we do NOT require guests to clean up, strip beds, clean floors, do laundry, walk out the garbage or do any chores! You are booking this home for a vacation and we want you to enjoy it to the fullest and not worry about extra tasks (this is what your cleaning fee pays for)
The cleaning fee is designed to cover a portion of the cleaning company’s fee - we don’t keep any of the cleaning fee you pay!
OUTSIDE:
It doesn’t get much better than this Tiki style getaway whether you’re taking a dip in the automatically heated saltwater swimming pool or enjoying a drink at our exclusive custom-made 12-ft bar - All tiki theme!
Lounge in the comfortable patio couches by the warm fire pit or feel the breeze while swinging on the hammock under the palm trees. The grilling station is custom-made as well, with 48 sq ft of counters it offers plenty of space to cook. It’s so relaxing at night time, fulfilling the getaway experience!
LIVING AREAS / KITCHEN:
The 16-ft custom-built island has plenty of seating to accommodate the whole family. The modernistic kitchen is perfect for cooking, playing games, & sharing quality time! Relax on the comfortable recliner couches in both open living rooms while watching 4K SmartTV.
Upon entrance, there is a large open area with a living room & TV to your left. There’s a large bedroom with a king bed & half bathroom to your right. Directly in front is the kitchen and living room with a direct view of the pool and outdoor area
BEDROOMS / BATHROOMS:
Upstairs find a spacious loft with bunk bed & 4 other bedrooms sleeping 17 guests together. The master suite features a soaking tub & sliding-door shower.
FLEXIBLE & reasonable hosts with no extra hoops to jump through. We have other homes in The Poconos (PA), Florida, and The Catskills (NY). Returning guests can enjoy a DISCOUNT!

Check in is contact free, guests are provided with a unique code for self check in using our smart lock. All spaces are for guests, including deck and backyard.
Strictly NO PARKING on the street, it is narrow and inconveniences the neighbors, the township WILL tow your vehicle at your expense. There is more than enough parking space on the driveway.
