This is an old rustic house where we host international people who would like to visit our magic place called Synergy Village. We would like to welcome openminded people who are interested to experience this unique place. It's the perfect place to meet new people and interact with other cultures.

The dormitory is in the top floor of this house that was built in year 1754. The interior is mostly still in its original form (NOT renovated, but well maintained) and suitable for people who like the rustic feeling of old traditional buildings.

- Large dormitory room
- Up to 6 people in the room (other guests)
- Male and female mixed
- Sitting area in the room
- Shared kitchen, bathroom and common area
- Bed is ready from 14:00, you can come from 10:00 and drop off your luggage
- Free parking on property

The property is located a two minutes walk from the beautiful Lake of Zurich. The close town Rapperswil is definitely worth a visit: it has a castle, old historic town, boulevard with restaurants and wooden bridge across the lake. Some people like it more than Zurich.
There is a small shop 1.5km away (Volg in Uerikon). For larger purchases you can go to Rapperswil (5km), Hombrechtikon (3km) or Stäfa (4km).
There is a burger restaurant 1km away.
For anything else you might need you can go to Rapperswil.

Hi! I'm Devi, the president of our non-profit association Synergy Village. The place is an idyllic and magic meeting place for local and international visitors. Together with my co-host Tsewang and our volunteers we run the place. Our volunteers are an ever-changing vibrant group of young travellers.
Beside our project Synergy Village, I am working at the university as a researcher. I live a few minutes away from Synergy Village and come to the place regularly. My co-hosts will be there to welcome you for check-in.

We run our place with international volunteers who are there to welcome the guests and take care of the house. The volunteers create an ever-changing group of young travelers who work and live together. Guest are invited to be part of it and get the most out of their stay.
We, the owners, are there from time to time. Beside our project Synergy Village we also have other jobs/ studies so we cannot be around all the time. When we get the chance, we love to meet our guests and spend good times with them.
