Enjoy front-row views of the bay at this fantastic Harbour Towne 2BR/2BA condo. Take in the vistas from your large bayfront balcony or head to the shared pool for a waterside swim. As evening falls, make your way to the dock for a lovely sunset.

In a great location, you’ll love being within walking distance of dining, entertainment, and local attractions like the Ocean City Boardwalk (a couple of blocks across Philadelphia & Baltimore Avenues).

LIVING AREA

Relax in the inviting living area, detailed with cool pastel colors and fun beach art. Large glass doors open to the balcony and showcase beautiful bay views.

Unwind on the sofa or armchair and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, equipped with cable and a DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare delicious meals in the spacious kitchen, featuring a full suite of appliances and helpful gadgets like a blender, toaster, and coffee maker.

When you’re ready to dine, gather at the table for seven, or perch at the three-person counter.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms.

Sleep soundly in a comfy king bed in the master suite, which includes an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

In the second bedroom, you’ll find a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The guest bathroom is configured with another tub/shower combination.

Both bedrooms offer monitors to hook up your own devices for games, shows, and movies (just make sure to bring your own cables).

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Take in sweeping views of the bay from the covered balcony. Kick back with a crisp drink on three loungers, or dine alfresco at the bistro table for four.

As part of the inviting community at Harbour Towne, you’ll also enjoy access to a shared seasonal pool. (Open Memorial-Labor Day; no lifeguard on duty.)

Parking is available for up to two cars (with one assigned spot in the lot in front of the unit and one unassigned spot in an overflow lot).

This unit is located on the second floor and you have to take 1.5 flights of stairs. Elevators are not available.

THE LOCATION

In the evenings, head to the dock to catch a spectacular sunset. Or make your way to the famed waterfront restaurant -- Fish Tales -- for American fare, seafood, a dock bar, and a playground on the sand. Head to nearby Bahia Marina for jet ski, boat, and fishing charters.

Your rental is also within a short walk of a variety of restaurants and attractions. Ocean City’s iconic boardwalk is less than a mile away.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

This rental is located on floor 1.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Parking is available for up to 2 cars. There is 1 assigned space labeled as #38 in the parking lot outside the unit. The additional space is located in the Building D overflow lot, available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
