Beautiful and spacious luxury home on a peaceful street off West End! This gorgeous home is three bedrooms; offering privacy and a ton of room to spread out. Whether you are planning a Nashville excursion, business trip or visiting family or friends at Vanderbilt, look no further! Sitting steps away from Vanderbilt, great food, nightlife, shopping, grocery store, public transit, and so much more! Nestled in a quiet area off West End of Nashville but only 3 miles from all the action on Broadway!

Guests will arrive at this home surrounded by a beautifully maintained landscaping. They'll enter the home and immediately note the spacious open floor plan that connects a cozy living room with a pull out sofa, large dining table and gourmet kitchen that has been fully outfitted with all the comforts of home. This floor also has a convenient half bath and access to the two car tandem garage that can be entered via the alleyway behind the home.

On the next floor up, guests will find a large master bedroom with a luxurious king bed and separate sitting area. Guests can enjoy watching streaming channels from bed or enjoy the private balcony. This bedroom also has an enormous bathroom with ample counter space, double sinks, a soaker tub, and walk in glass shower. Guests will also be impressed with the palatial walk in closet and built in storage. Down the hall from the main bedroom, we have a full sized washer and dryer stocked with laundry pods.

On the top floor, we have a light filled bedroom with a plush king bed, smart TV and walk in closet. Getting ready for the evening will be a breeze in the shared bathroom with a tub shower and a separated vanity area with double sinks. At the end of the hall, we have a trundle room with sleeping for four including two twin beds and two hidden trundle twin beds. This bedroom also has a ton of closet space and beautiful natural light.

You'll be very comfortable here whether you're planning to hit Broadway, to visit Vanderbilt or to see all the sights of the city! Please be aware this home required the ability to climb stairs!

Walk to all the shops and restaurants around Vanderbilt and Mid-town Nashville. The best spots in town for drinks, restaurants and everything "locals" love, especially BrickTops, Martin's BBQ, and Sun and Fork.

You are steps away from Centennial Park, the home of the The Parthenon, which is the world’s only exact-size replica of the temple in Athens, Greece!

We are close to coffee, breakfast/brunch, lunch, dinner and bar spots, as well as local music venues, theaters, sports arenas and more. If you have the chance to see a show at historic Exit/In, don't hesitate! Some of the greatest musicians on the planet have played this club. This truly is the perfect location!

Personally, we've been best friends for 14 years, and madly in love for the last 5. We both moved to Nashville for the entertainment biz- you've probably seen Shaun on the CMT Awards, "Nashville", the ACM Awards, American Idol or rocking on tour with some of Nashville's hottest country stars as a "utility player" (meaning, he plays EVERYTHING!). You might remember Isabeau from her appearance on "The Biggest Loser", back in the day, and now as a writer, entrepreneur, musician and speaker.
