Welcome to Paris! I welcome you in my beautiful 45 square meters apartment located in the 3rd district in the heart of Paris, located on the 3rd floor without elevator. Charming and bright it will seduce you for a professional or tourist stay. Ideally located, it is 10 minutes walk from the Place de la République and 15 minutes from the Place de Bastille. Discover the city of LUMIERE and its surroundings. I wish you a very good stay :)

The apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, 1 office area, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 shower room and 1 nice living room to relax after a busy day.

You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay:
Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Refrigerator, Wifi.

You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings!

The neighborhood offers immediate proximity to numerous contemporary art galleries for lovers of the plastic arts, painting, sculpture, photography, such as the Thaddaeus Ropac Gallery (4 minutes on foot), the Les Filles du Calvaire Gallery, and the PERROTIN PARIS Gallery (2 minutes on foot).

You will also be close to the Place de la République (10 min walk), the Bataclan (6 min walk) and the Musée National Picasso-Paris (5 min walk) which exhibits many works of art in a majestic 17th century mansion.

The Musée des Arts et Métiers is a must-see for those who love scientific history.

The Place des Vosges is a 10 minute walk away, the Louvre Museum is 20 minutes away by metro line 1, Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is 20 minutes away by bus line 75 and the Eiffel Tower is 35 minutes away by metro line 8.

You will find shops nearby such as a Carrefour Market at 3 min walk and a Franprix at 5 min walk.

Indivisible from the famous district of the Marais which also extends over most of the 4th arrondissement and which constitutes the quieter part, the 3rd arrondissement is one of the places of Paris the most pleasant to live, as long as you like calm.
"Sophisticated village", the 3rd arrondissement contains several open-air markets, a huge covered flower market and numerous specialized food shops, notably along Rue de Bretagne.
