Enjoy a 1700 sq ft entire home in Lakeside, Oregon. The home sits on the southern part of the coastline, known for many sunny days. Watch the sunset over the ocean from large deck. Access to nature by car, is only 7 min to Spinreel campground at the Oregon Dunes Nat. Rec. area and ocean beach, 5 min. to Tenmile lake, 10 min. to Winchester Bay, Umpqua lighthouse and 20 min. to Coos Bay. This home is adjacent to forest in a quiet neighborhood.

With so much to do in this area like, fishing, golfing, boating, kayaking, hiking, sunbathing, dune buggy renting, restaurants, and the ease of exploring the Oregon Coastline, you will feel comfortable coming home to this spacious lodge after a full day. Grocery, gas and supplies are a close drive to Lakeside.

We have priced our cleaning fee at $125 for 6 guests. If you have more people (up to 9) we ask for an additional $15/guest/night to help cover extra utilities and cleaning. Please let us know at time of booking.

Upstairs you will have a bathroom and laundry area, a large bedroom with a queen and two twin bunk beds and pack and play crib available for baby. There is a game/desk/balcony loft area overlooking the vaulted ceiling of the living room with a futon couch for sleeping if necessary.

There are 2 bedrooms on the main level featuring a queen bed in each. The living room with TV, dining and kitchen areas welcome you as you enter.

Each room has it's own heating unit for individual comfort. A lovely welcoming living room with access to the awesome deck with panoramic views of the Oregon Coast! Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the deck, visit with the local deer below as you plan your day. Enjoy the evening as you watch a sunset over the ocean and dunes.

There is enough room for privacy and also gathering spaces.

There are only 4 porch steps to access home. Property has a paved narrow 10" wide driveway. Three cars may park at the house at top of the hill. The vehicle turn around space at the top of the hill, near the home is limited.

Please walk the driveway before pulling a trailer up it. No trailers over 20' long are allowed. The turn around area is tight. A 10' trailer should be no problem.

Pets: We unfortunately cannot allow pets. So many of our guests have allergies. Heavy perfumes are discouraged as well. If pets are seen on the 2 front porch security cameras, you will be charged a heavy cleaning charge for carpet cleaning and fur/flea/dander/smells/pee stains/odor removal.

Quiet residential neighborhood. Home sits in a cul-de-sac and on a hill above the charming village of Lakeside, Oregon. Located in the mid-coastline of Oregon, this area gets more yearly sunshine and less rain. Lakeside has a public lake dock, where you can rent fishing boats and pontoon boats. Also enjoy the small shops and eateries.

Minutes to Tenmile Lake, the Oregon Dunes National Recreational Area, Winchester Bay and Coos Bay, on the Central/Southern Oregon Coast. There is an ATV route through the heart of Lakeside from Tenmile Lake to Spin Reel Park. New golf courses are being added along the southern coastline to discover.

Hello, thank you for your interest in the Leashore Lodge in Lakeside Oregon.
Our family uses this home as a retreat, reunion and vacation home.
And we share it with guests and hope they will fall in love with the Oregon coastline and forests like we have.

We grew up in the west and mostly in Oregon with our forest ranger/BLM land manager father, and artist mom. We have many lovely memories of the outdoor activities we did together, from camping, skiing, hiking, bird watching, fishing, boating, and discovering ancient arrowheads in southern Oregon to seeing the parades in Portland and picking berries in the hillsides.

My name is Nora and I am one of three sisters (Diana and Azure) who manage the Leashore Lodge (Website hidden by Airbnb) are very happy to share this lovely vacation home with you.

The meaning of "Leashore Lodge" to us:
Lea is our family name and it also means a meadow. When you look out from the deck over the "meadow" of evergreen tree tops to the sand dunes and ocean, it is very relaxing and refreshing much as a meadow can be.

We think of the home as a lodge since we grew up camping in Oregon and it is built in an A shape much like many western lodges.

We look forward to hearing about your stay and what you saw or did along your coastline stay.
