A complimentary welcome breakfast pack is provided for your arrival, offering a few simple breakfast supplies to get you started. Please advise of any dietary requirements in advance of your arrival.

An infants travel cot, changing mat and high chair can be made available on request.

Please note an additional call out fee of £25 is charged for an early or late check in and checkout. This needs to be approved prior to arrival, so available only on request. A luggage drop off, may also be available on request.

Any additional guests not noted on original booking MUST be pre approved by host. There will be an extra charge of £80 per night added to your bill, for any additional guest over the allocated total of 2 guests.

For longer rental periods over 28 days, entry to the apartment would be required every 28 days. This is to provide a 2 hour monthly cleaning service (just one day a month every 28 days) to maintain the flat and for safety checks such as fire alarms etc. This would be incorporated into the cost for longer lets. As long as this is agreed prior to arrival, booking will be approved.

An additional security deposit is required for rentals over 28 days. This will be decided on an individual basis, dependent on length of rental.

All guests at the end of their stay are requested to strip the bed and place all dirty bed linen and used towels into bin bags provided. Also we request you please empty all bins and recycling and dispose of these appropriately in the allocated bins located in the shared back garden.

Huge array of local cafés to choose from, very spoilt for choice and many accessible by foot. A few favourites are:
- Williams café ( it’s on Queen Margaret Drive), they also offer vegan/ gluten free options.

Kelvin Walkway - 5 min walk
Kelvinbridge Subway - 10 minute walk

Scottish Exhibition Centre and Hydro Venue - Just 12-15 min drive/ taxi ride
Also very accessible by taking Subway to Patrick, then transfer to overground for Exhibition centre.

Edinburgh is approx 50mins away by direct train from Patrick Station to both Edinburgh Waverley or Haymarket. This location is a great little hub for seeing the best of Glasgow and only a short commute to enjoy the Capital city. The summer months in Edinburgh can be busy, but this location allows access to all the excitement and entertainment that the Edinburgh Festival has to offer, with being able to escape the crowds.

Huge variety of Dine-in and Takeaway options of cafes, bars and restaurants, all accessible by foot. Deliveroo also offers lots of choice to this address.
