Soak up the spacious modern home in the heart of the 7 acres organically grown garden/farm land. The owner comes from an interior design background and UTOPAI was created with a vision of designing a modern ethical living space in harmony with nature.
You will stay in a space which provides modern day comforts where we have landscaped and harvested; tropical flowers, herbs, medicinal plants, fruit trees, vegetables. Surrounded by variety of wild local birds, natural stone boulders.

This is an ideal retreat space for anyone looking for a tranquil space to disconnect from city life or a romantic getaway, or ven a digital nomad work from home.
The accommodation is a bright modern open layout, an open air large fully equipped kitchen. Lots of different areas to relax inside or outside along with a large private garden.
Surrounded by many edible fruit trees and the running water/creek. There's also a walking path to a private deck where you can enjoy, hang out and relax by the water.
We strive to provide all the amenities you need for the perfect stay.

Our elevation is at 626 meters above sea level, 120 meters higher than Pai city center.
Our water comes from our private filterd spring which has high alkalinity from the land. You will have access to fresh spring drinking water directly from a dedicated tab at the kitchen faucet, and to shower with.

Greetings my name is Mon Tang.
I am a happy go lucky, a Thai lady living in Pai, a qualified interior designer graduated from London.
My love of traveling has taken me all over the world, but I always love coming back home to the charm of Pai.
I’m blessed to call Pai my home. I spend lots of time on permaculture gardening, landscaping design and like to spend my free time with my partner and pet that keep us smiling and entertained. My partner, Cliff is from the U.S and has been licensed acupuncturist and herbalist since 2010. He has also fell in love with beauty and serenity that Utopai provides and relocated here since 2015.

We have travelled many places in the world and now enjoy have the world come to us!
We have seen our fair share of hotels and Airbnb houses on our travels. As a host, We can’t wait to show fellow travelers the same great hospitality that we have had across the globe. Our aim is to create a comfortable, relaxing “home away from home” experience for our guests.
