This home has three potential rentals; 1 BR apartment, Whole Main House, Shared rental with Host in Main House.

We are minutes off the highway near Route 121. Located less than 1 hour from Boston, 30-min to Hampton Beach, minutes to Stonehenge and Canobie Lake theme park. Our space is best for the meditation- connected guests, or guests who wish to escape city fast paced living.

This adorable one bedroom apartment is approx 1000 sq feet and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Basic needs are provided, such as pots, pans, plates, utensils.

The house has beautiful hardwood floors throughout.

This unit does permit one small pet with prior approval. Wildlife roam on the property. All pets must remain on leash. Keep pet on grassy areas when walking, as ticks live with nature and if you explore property, leave the pet inside.

All guests receive different linen that is guaranteed to be forever-free of dander possibilities or of pet odor. Pet washed linen is recycled for pet-friendly families.

Apartment also has its own private deck with a new grill. Gas to grill is provided for all rentals in season, Memorial Day - Labor Day.

This unit is a place where you can come to chill and be still. The space is yoga-friendly, a meditation energy is here, and we are minutes from American Stonehenge. Beyond, less than 30-min to Hampton Beach. Nearby eateries.

All guests, to include instant bookings, must communicate with host via both AirBNB message and text or call on ETA to ensure unit is ready. Failure to do so and arriving to a unit not ready for occupancy may mean delayed occupancy which does not qualify for a refund or credit.

Disclosed, no cable/no local channels. We provide complimentary Amazon Prime & Firestick. There is no refund/credit for guests unaware of not having cable.

As reflected in competitive daily price (below market average from size and privacy), some upgrades are in progress. The second shower in the apartment is under construction. Use the tub shower.

We live a ZEN lifestyle and guests should arrive expecting use of provided items you may need, but we don't want to oversell it. Some guests arrive with resort-like expectations and we remind those guests, we are committed to happiness, simplicity, in a clean and safe environment. If you want a resort experience, we can refer you to our local country club, but you'll have to add $300 more per night.

Disclosed - in April during thaw, a guest parked off pavement and got stuck in the mud causing excessive damage to a section of the lawn. The area is now under contract to be excavated to place additional parking space. This AirBNB rental has a dedicated parking space on property. Even if there are guests in the Main House rental, your rental has it's own parking space.

All guests should know, for this rental and during occupancy, host is committed to your privacy and does not enter property or section of property deemed rental space. Host is not required to be on property for the stay and frequency travels elsewhere often. The property is the primary residence of the host though.

The winding road of Main Street is both historic and beautiful and was recently adopted as one of New Hampshire's scenic byways. Conveniently located between Routes 125 and 111, you can enjoy country living with easy access to shopping and urban areas. Our home is located in a rural setting on 3 acres on a private dead end street.

Hello everyone! My name is Amanda, and I serve as your host along with my most amazing boyfriend and soulmate. We are professionally in the real estate industry servicing New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

We, as a couple, are extremely GRATEFUL for each of you who reserve. We continue to make investments into the space designed to reflect a connection on being in your home away from home. Further, we have an extreme connection with a positive and simplistic approach to life, nature, and energy. We keep an open mind with all guest requests, as we could be branded as the couple who RARELY says no. Just ask!

Three options are available, and you will find 3 listings. 1) 1 BR Apartment (sleeps 2, but at times has hosted 4), 2) Main House (sleeps up to 10), and 3) Shared House Rental, as I sat and guests rent a room or several rooms. Check each listing on AirB for available dates.

Pick your pleasure and select your best option. If we are on property, we are not the nosey type. Your place, your Though we live in the attached main house, you'll never quite know we are around - and that's if we are around (we have the travel bug). We really are that type of couple gazing at each other literally all the time, sharing romantic dinners, or simply opening another bottle of wine manifesting happiness of our guests and for positive flow for all, especially as we move past COVID. So, if you seek privacy, it's yours. We also had guests who like more interaction, and we adjust to all. Heck, we've even had guests come over for social conversation.

It's very important to always remain available for communication and some guests visit seeking social connections as we have a friendly openness to the needs of guests. However, we offer 200% privacy for our guests too. Many times, some guests we never quite see and they deserve this experience too..As always. call, text, for any request during your visit.

A driveway extention for additional parking will happen in late May or early June.

Quiet hours are at 11 pm daily for guest and host and other host guests (host selectively rents a room in Main House via AirB). Any guest who violates noise ordinance is subject by town for dismissal and no refund is provided.

Private parties are permitted only with full complex rental. No exceptions .
