Located in an avenue full of local shops, this studio presents around it all necessary amenities to enhance your stay in the city of Porto.
In this area you can find several restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and local shops.
In the vicinity of the apartment will have at your disposal about 100m the Barcarola Restaurant, and at the same distance you will also have the Minipreço Supermarket. The São João Hospital and University Center is about 3km away, for any need, and you will also have a pharmacy about 100m away.
