Located within walking distance of the city centre, this non smoking first floor flat offers a great alternative to B & B and Guest Houses. Includes a double bedroom with king size bed, lounge, kitchen, bathroom with shower over, central heating and off road parking.

As with all of our properties everything is provided including a fully kitted out kitchen complete with cutlery, crockery and cookware, cable TV, phone and fibre broadband wifi.

Mixed residential and commercial area.

Hey, you know what? These flats are basic. They are 120 years old, and there is a tyre fitting place over the road... But they are clean and they are cheap.

Here at Peterborough Serviced Accommodation, we've been doing this for a long time and we like to be honest... We have beautiful modern properties with fantastic amenities, and if you check out our profile page you'll be able to choose one of those... But you're here because you're on a budget, aren't you? So, to be honest and fair, we'd like to tell you what you'll get and what you won't.

First, the negatives: As we have said, these are basic. They are painted magnolia, and there's even some wood chip around (Shudder). The kitchens are functional but simple, there's the odd creaky floor, and the bathrooms are pretty budget. The neighbourhood is a bit run down, and there is a pub on the corner.

Still here? Ok, the positives: Being 1900's properties, the room sizes are pretty good... Room to spread out and breathe. Room for us to provide extra beds should you need to fit an extra person in, either in the lounge or the bedroom (hey, we don't question your sleeping arrangements!). You still get all the care and consideration we give to all of our guests, whether in a £150 a night luxury apartment or in the most basic flat, you will have a team on call to sort out any issues you may have, answer any queries, deal with any problems. We are THAT good.

All of our guests are met on arrival and given a personal tour of the property. We will even help you with your bags if it helps. Mostly, these are cheap, fully self contained, and have full fibre broadband and cable TV included... So all the important stuff, right?

Oh, there's also a car park, and a pub on the corner :-)

If white walls and flashy pictures are important to you, feel free to browse our other properties, but if you are looking for cheap and cheerful for your work trip, you won't find a serviced accommodation provider who will work harder to look after you.

Offering serviced accommodation in the Peterborough area since long before the days of AirBNB, We have provided a home away from home environment for business travellers and families since 2006. As such we are used to providing a professional and efficient experience to our guests, with every member of our team ready to help wherever needed.

We meet all of our guests on arrival in order to check them in, give them a tour of their property and answer any questions about the local area and amenities. Welcome packs are provided, including bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee and sugar as well as toiletries.

Weekly cleaning is provided for stays of longer than 10 nights, including fresh sheets and towels. As well as an online help desk system for minor repairs and requests, we have 24 hour contact numbers in case of emergencies or difficulties. We are also always at the end of a phone or an email to answer any questions you may have.
