Unique and spacious 3 bedroom unit located in the heart of Bonifacio Global City. BGC is considered one of the prime business districts of the Philippines, along with Makati and Mandaluyong.
We had to change our minimum stay and the price for reserving the condo because of the pandemic. The minimum stay is 15 days and the cleaning and disinfection of the condo is included in the price.

This unit was initially two 1 bedroom units that we merged into one. That allowed us to create a different floorplan, with all the bedrooms opening up into the common living area.
The unit is 100 square meters and comes with a washing machine as well as a dryer.

Master's bedroom :
The master bedroom is the biggest one. It has it's own en suite bathroom, with a bubble bath. You will also be pleased to find a private balcony, as well as a desk. The double closet offers plenty of space for your belongings.

Second bedroom :
The second bedroom features a queen-size bed. It also has plenty of storage space. Two closets as well as three shelves. Just like the master bedroom, it has a balcony as well.

Third bedroom :
The third bedroom comes with a built-in desk, a single bed and a closet. The closet is big enough to store any of your belongings. Working at night on the desk with the blinds open is really relaxing as you can overlook the city lights and non-stop business taking place.

Living room :
The living room is likely to be the place where you will spend most of the time. It features a sony flat-screen TV, with Netflix and youtube. The couch is very comfortable.

Kitchen :
The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook a delicious dish. It is also really cozy and features a breakfast bar.

Balconies :
The unit has two balconies. They are the only places you are allowed to smoke.

The area within 100 meters of the unit includes everything you need to enjoy your stay: Plenty of restaurants offering various types of cuisine. As well as cafes and bars.
The mind museum is only 2 blocks away, and it makes for a good afternoon activity.
