Cascade Lodge is a 18 unit condominium complex located in Red Mountain Village, a 5 minute walk to the lifts at Red Mountain Resort. Featuring underground parking, large shared hot tub, in floor radiant heat, a wax room and elevator. Centrally located too; enjoy evening dining at one of Red’s fine eating establishments and participate in all the activities that the Red Mountain Resort base area has to offer.







This three bedroom condo sleeps a maximum of six persons; the master bedroom has a queen sized bed with an ensuite bathroom with shower and soaker tub, the second bedroom also has a queen size bed with shared ensuite bathroom, the third bedroom has a single twin-over-double bunk bed.







Once inside your vacation condo, you’ll notice heated floors underfoot, a gas fireplace, and all amenities to cook a full meal and sleep well for a big next day.







The kitchen area features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, ample cupboard space and is adjacent to the dining area. The living area features a comfortable couch and two easy chairs and a cozy gas fireplace.







Other features of this property include radiant floor heat, two outside ground level decks, laundry and lots of storage.







Minimum Stay Policy



4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

Important Booking Information







As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.







Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CDN as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.







Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.







For Longer Term Bookings of 30 days or More ...







This will be require an Occupancy Agreement to be signed by Guests and an addition Property Condition Guarantee will be required to be paid, at the time of booking, by e-transfer or credit card (60% of monthly rental rate). Additional pet deposit required for pet friendly properties (approval required).







Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.


COVID-19

Now more than ever, Mountain Town Properties takes cleaning seriously. It’s always been important to us, but now it is critical, as we all aim to reduce the spread of COVID-19. According to the CDC, it’s possible for someone to contract COVID-19 by touching a contaminated surface – like a doorknob or light switch — and the virus may live on some surfaces for several hours or even days. That’s why it’s essential to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces often, especially between reservations. We have asked our cleaning contractor to implement stringent cleaning protocols to meet or exceed CDC, AirBnB, HomeAway/VRBO recommendations, as well as our Federal/Provincial Public Health guidelines.
