Waterfront Camp on Miller Pond. Beaver & Loon on Pond. Enjoy the Sound of Loons at night. Grantham, Sunapee & New London nearby. Canoe on the Pond. Enjoy a dinner boat cruise on Lake Sunapee at night, or day cruise. Enjoy the New London barn theater, or a cookout on the deck looking down on the waterfront at Miller pond. Canoe, sailboat & paddleboat available on water with paddles for good swimmers. Life Jackets required for boat, sailboat & waterfront activities.

Cottage w deck looking down on waterfront. Nature's wild life, evening wildlife night music. For experienced canoe enthusiasts their is another pond above ours the can be got to when water is high and by pulling canoe over beaver dams by going upstream a few miles that is completely natural.

Parking available. Suv w decent clearance desirable, You will need to monitor road carefully, for rocks that low clearance vehicles could hit. If you are very fortunate you might see a moose on the road in to Miller Pond. You are renting complete cottage & waterfront. Boats available must be able to swim & reguire life jackets at all times In boats and that everyone have a boating or waterfront buddy whenever on the water. Parents responsible for monitoring children and making sure they are safe in waterfront activities. Animals on pond should be treated with respect and love and given whatever space they need. Some animals may even allow you to feed them. At dusk the sound of the frogs is awesome in spring & early summer. Guest stays are for a minimum of four days though we recommend a week. The 42 acre pond is very private with usually you will be sharing the pond with only a family or two on the pond at any time. Due to the privacy of this location and limited number of cottages on the pond this remains a pond that many types of wildlife will visit. Right now we have 3 families of loons in residence on pond and beaver living on the pond. Their are thousands of acres of natural land and brooks in and out or the pond so if you are alert in the early morning and at dusk you may get to see many other forms of wildlife. I have followed moose in my car when they are on the road, being very respectful of their space. Natures wildlife are very respectful of us and if you show respect and love for them will allow themselves to be seen. At dusk the serenade of the wildlife out here is truly awesome. For fisherman the pond is known for its Wide Mouth bass with some of the biggest catches here. I look forward to meeting all who come to spend time at our 448 sg ft. camp and to explore the pond.

We provide water for drinking. We have running water from lake for kitchen and an exterior shower on end of camp. In shed you have a composting toilet for your use.
For those that can swim we have a paddle boat & small sailboat and paddles and life jacks for your use. Lifejackets are required on all boating activities.

Back from the Pond you will find lots with homes and camps on the Miller Pond Rd. some nice and some very basic.

On the pond thousands of acres have been left natural and of the eighteen lots on one side on the pond all the lots have been bought up and restored to their natural state with the exception of only 6 camps with waterfront. This has helped to preserve the natural beauty of the pond
