This 3,000 sq. ft. property has it all! Start your morning with a run or walk along a private stretch of beach steps outside your door in the coveted Clearwater Beach area. Launch your kayak, canoe or standup paddle for a ride on Gardiner’s Bay. Enjoy a glass of wine and gaze at the gorgeous sunset each evening right from your Adirondack chairs on the front porch. In addition to Clearwater Beach, many East Hampton and Amagansett ocean beaches offer daily parking just a ten minute drive away.
