Hi there! I am looking to sublet my apartment from 2/14 to 7/31. I LOVE my apartment, it's a classic NYC railroad apartment, with tons of sunlight from both ends. One floor walk up. Prime Williamsburg, basically right in between L train and ferry. The location is the best! Really hoping I can find the right person for the space, please read description in full before messaging me. Thanks!!!

Looking for a quiet person or duo that will respect the furnishings (and neighbors!). Nothing in the apt is over 2 years old. The bed and frame are less than a month old! Windows are brand new so it doesn't suffer the draft that a lot of classic Williamsburg buildings do. Leaving it fully stocked-- slow cooker, juicer, water filtration system, all pots/pans/dishes/glassware, TV, Apple TV, routers etc. Mostly everything you see in photos except for anything music related and personal decorations. There is more storage than you will know what to do with-- even the couch seats lift and has storage inside (could also folds down to a full size bed) and all closets/cabinets will be emptied. The only piece I'll use is the top shelf up in the closet in the living room.

There are 5 units and everyone is quiet and respectful-- I love it. This is best for someone who's night out looks like an Ingrid Michaelson show at Music Hall of Williamsburg vs a rager at Output to bring the club home after. The latter can never ever happen. No Airbnbing when you're gone, etc. Clean and respectful of my things, yadda yadda. Hence the affordability :)

I will leave a list of all the neighborhood "bests" but you can't really go wrong in this area! Restaurants, bars, shopping, parks...it's all here!

NO PETS AND NO SMOKING AT ALL IN APT. You will be evicted for either of these by landlord who also lives in building. Thanks!
