This 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the delightful little Hamlet of El Pozo del Esparto which is approximately 4 kilometres from San Juan de los Terreros. The village boasts character and charm with a rustic undertone. The coastline is rugged and the views are breathtaking. There are some wonderful sandy coves and inlets close by, perfect for exploring.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and enjoys an elevated sea view.
The apartment has its own facilities which include a large communal swimming pool, children's play area, under cover parking space, lift and communal tennis court.
Within close proximity is La Frontera Café, located by the beach, which serves a typical Andalusian lunch and where many of the locals choose to dine. In addition there is a tapas bar which provides a variety of Spanish food & snacks. There is also a chiringuito beach café which is open during the summer months where you can purchase drinks, ice cream and snacks whilst enjoying the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea.
This apartment is ideal for those seeking a peaceful setting.
The pretty coastal village of El Pozo del Esparto is situated close to the border with Murcia in the Andalusian province of Almería. The area is well-known for its fabulous family-friendly beaches, which gently shelve down into the warm waters of the Mediterranean sea. This little village has retained its old Andalusian charm and is an excellent destination for families and couples looking for a relaxing beach holiday.
We recommend you have access to a car for your holiday as the local buses only run 4 times per day.
We can accommodate people arriving after 22.00 on day of arrival. However it will incur an additional fee of 25 €.
ELECTRICITY: 100 units per week are included in the price of the booking. However if this is exceeded the additional units of electricity will be charged separately.
WATER: Included in price. Lock out charges - In the event that a tenant locks themselves out of the property, there will be a fee of 30 € which is payable to the managing agent when the tenant is re-admitted into the property. If it is deemed necessary to call upon the services of a lock smith to rectify the problem, there will be a further charge to cover the lock smith’s fees. The fee for the lock smith’s services will be at his discretion and will become payable on completion of the remedial work.
In the event that you arrive at your accommodation after 22.00 there will be a late checking fee of 30 € payable when you receive the keys.
