The district is very safe and quite. Therefore it is perfect for families and couples. Nearby is the biggest park in the district Vake Park (about 10 min by walk) and also Turtle Lake (You can get to turtle lake with rope lift from Vake Park.
There are small shops nearby, but also big supermarket "Smart", which is circa 5 minutes by walk. There are also nice cafes and shops on the main avenue Chavchavadze - e.g. Pomodorisimo, Tabla (Georgian food), etc.

Please consider that there are mostly families and business people in the neighborhood and no parties are allowed.
