【Check-in】

【Check-out】
By 10:00.
Cleaning staff will arrive after 10:00. If you have not checked out after 10:00, a fee of 4,000 JPY per 30 minutes of overstay will be charged.
【Luggage storage】
Before check-in: From 11:00 onward, luggage storage may be available—please feel free to contact us.
After check-out: We cannot store luggage after check-out as we prepare to welcome the next guests.
【Housekeeping】
Please note that the following services are not included during your stay:

Face towels and bath towels are provided according to the number of guests.
★For each stay, we provide one towel per person.
★If you need additional towels, extra sets are available for 500 JPY per set.

【Airport pick-up service】
We can arrange airport pick-up/drop-off by a professional hire-car service, reducing the burden of complex train transfers.
Available both from the airport to the property and from the property to the airport.
・Narita Airport: 33,000 JPY one way (up to 9 people / up to 20 suitcases, depending on size)
・Haneda Airport: 22,000 JPY one way (up to 9 people / up to 20 suitcases, depending on size)
The vehicle is a Toyota Hiace, suitable for lots of luggage. Child seats can be prepared upon request.

Other Important Notes:
The surrounding houses are general residences. Please pay special attention to the following:
- Parties and loud activities in the room are strictly prohibited.
- Please remove your shoes when entering the room.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
- If a suitcase is left behind as garbage after your stay, a disposal fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.
- If the number of occupants exceeds the booked number or false information is given, a penalty of 5,000 yen per person over the limit or per falsely reported person will be charged.
Additionally, loss of the Wi-Fi device or keys will result in a 50,000 yen charge, and damage to room furnishings will require compensation equivalent to the cost of new replacements.
- We do not provide refunds based on subjective reasons (e.g., odors, cleanliness, etc.).
