2.Condo amenities list: We only provide shampoo and body wash, and do not provide soap or conditioner. Only large bath towels are provided, and small hand towels are not available. Toilet paper is provided only once on the day of check-in, and it will not be replenished during the stay.

3.Guests staying for 30 days or more are required to pay half a month's rent as a deposit.

4.According to Thai law, passport photos are required before check-in.

5.The condo's swimming pool, gym and other facilities are subject to irregular repairs or maintenance by the property management company, and the landlord is unable to inform guests in advance.
