A perfect house for a family retreat or entertaining with friends that's close to beautiful beaches, shops, restaurants and bars in nearby Mornington, and of course the wineries and National Parks of the Peninsula. You’ll love my place because of the location and the spacious indoor & outdoor living with open plan kitchen dining connected to the large covered al fresco area. The house is good for couples, families (with kids) and groups of friends.

This home has open plan kitchen, living, dining which is wrapped around a large under cover alfresco area. There is also a separate living and dining space making this home perfect for entertaining. The alfresco catches the morning sun, making it a great space to enjoy relaxing with your morning coffee. It is covered and has a BBQ, chiminea, dining table and comfy seating making ideal for all weather conditions and dining styles. The house has 3 large bedrooms. The main bedroom has bay windows overlooking the front garden and has a king size bed and en suite with spa bath. The other bedrooms are positioned at the other end of the house with access to a separate toilet and bathroom, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. There is a veranda out the front overlooking the front lawn. The house has a separate study and laundry.
