We are offering limited exclusive retreat time for selective guests to transform and rejuvenate.

The space is a new 12’ x 12' greenhouse kit, hence the name "Lighthouse". It is heated, has a desk, room for yoga, comfortable Queen or two twin beds, lots of books to read, and in general it's a wonderful place to cozy up on either a sunny or cloudy day. The outdoor hot shower is magical – overlooking the bay, glaciers and mountains. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen also is a delight to cook in; and part of this special retreat is that I will be giving you a private class in AyurVedic cooking.

My husband is a dental consultant, as well as a Maharishi AyurVeda physician - he does traditional pulse diagnosis, and can evaluate your body type and help with minor and major health issues.

We recommend a 3 day stay minimum.
We include the following, which leaves plenty of time for you to relax, read, rejuvenate, hike, explore; including exploring the town of Homer, taking a water taxi across the bay to hike, etc.

But the main intent of this particular listing is for people to spend more time in retreat rather than as Homer tourists.

This is just for select guests with full one-on-one attention to just you. No one else. Even though the cost appears high for a "glamping" experience in my "Lighthouse" (normally listed at $75 for just the Airbnb), our added retreat items are of great value.

Here's what your daily cost offers:
Nightly Base accommodation rate ($75)
1 hour: personal yoga each day ($30 value)
1 hour: tour with wild plant gathering plus private Ayurveda cooking class each day ($30)
1 Ayurvedic consultation ($140 value) and/or
1 Cranio Sacral session (pending if a couple or single person books)
2 meals per day ($50) (breakfast and lunch or dinner)
Plus more tidbits for healing.

As you can see the above adds to $325 per day; however, your cost is $235.

We do hope that this interests you enough that you also would want to check-in your mobile devices for some portion of your retreat to gain the maximum benefit. We would of course be available at all times for your convenience.

For anyone interested in learning the Transcendental Meditation Technique, you can book 5 days, to accommodate the 4 days necessary for the TM training. Both my husband and I are Certified TM teachers.

You will have access to basics such as fully equipped outdoor screened-in kitchen with BBQ, hot plate, sink and running water, spices and cooking oils. Also awesome hot outdoor shower and outdoor toilet overlooking the Bay, campfire, hammocks, pond, lounge chairs and hiking trails.

We are off grid, so no wifi, and hope that you will take this opportunity to "unplug" from your digital devices for a few days.
