The house is well secured for young children and babies: fences, gates to block access to the stairs. Many furnitures for babies are available on demand: baby bed, chair, foldable bed and park, nursing bottle warmer, baby car seat (until 1 year), child car seat (1 to 12 years), baby carriage, stroller, bathtub, changing table.

Access by car is a bit steep : it is ok with any kind of car, but if you are particulariy reluctant with slopes, you may skip this offer.

Very well furnished kitchen: oven, micro waves, dishwasher, expresso and filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, tableware and kitchenware.
For cooking you'll find fresh herbs in the garden according to the season: thyme, rosemary, sariette, marjoram, mint, chive, sauge, parsley, basil, vervain.

Fishing village and coastal traditions:
Originally an artisan fishing village, Cros-de-Cagnes evolved into a modern seaside resort dedicated to sea-lovers. Even though today water-based recreation is its primary attraction, the fishing tradition is still alive.
The modernity mixes up with tradition around the picturesque fishing port, the yellow ochre couloured chapel, the "pointu" boats, along the streets named after flowers and St Pierre's square with its "boules" players.

The "Promenade de la Plage":
The road along the seashore has been completely renovated and the new "Promenade de la Plage" has been a total success - a place to discover and enjoy.
The "Promenade de la Plage" becomes the theatre for many events all year round such as "Dimanches Malins" on sundays in springtime, "Fête de la St Pierre" and "Promenade en Fête" in summer, which attract thousands of people to the seafront pedestrian area, providing fun and amusement for all !

Cagnes-sur-Mer, the town of Renoir:
The Renoir museum is placed in the heart of a beautiful estate planted with olive and citrus trees offering a breathtaking view down the Cape of Antibes.
It was the retreat and final address of the painter Pierre-Auguste Renoir, who moved to Cagnes in an attempt to improve his arthritis. The museum's collection ; painting, scultpures, artist's studio and furniture constitue the testimony of Renoir's last 12 years of life spent in Cagnes-sur-Mer.

The medieval village:
The medieval village of Haut-de-Cagnes, situated at the top of the castle hill, is the historical part of the town. Some 650 people chose to live in this ancient quarter (classified historical site since 1948) for the calmness of its village life, so different from the frenetic pace of the Côte d'Azur.
If you are looking for authenticity, you will definitely be charmed by the patina of age on the old stones, the shade of the narrow streets full of flowers and local artists' studios.
