The main living area of this open-concept home has a fully-equipped kitchen, an expandable dining room table with 8 midcentury dining chairs, an 82" Samsung TV, a dreamy corduroy modular couch, and a baby grand piano, to name a few things. The high ceilings and incredible views of the San Fernando Valley and DTLA offer a grand, luxurious living experience. The first full bathroom is conveniently right next to the kitchen.

The secondary living area is akin to a study and seating room, equipped with furnishings like an iconic velvet green couch, antique artworks, linen curtains, and a vintage walnut office desk. A perfect space to unwind, indulge in a good book, or have enriching conversations.

The master bedroom comes with a king size bed, a contemporary boucle frame and headboard, and linen sheets, as well as a walk-in closet, full-body mirror, and designer rectilinear nightstands with charging ports. The attached master bathroom is newly renovated with his/hers sinks, a large standing rainfall shower with six spa-like jet streams, and a state-of-the-art smart mirror.

The first guest bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, a standing mirror, and a full closet with hangers.

The office is a work-from-home dream, with an adjustable standing desk, midcentury leather reading chair for lounging, and designer accents. Originally a guest bedroom, there is a closet for additional storage needs.

The spacious bathroom adjacent to the guest bedrooms comes equipped with his/hers sinks, a standing shower, and a heating towel rack.

Bathroom amenities (Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Toilet Paper, Hair Dryer, etc) are ready for use. Kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, advanced cooking equipment, basic spices, toaster oven, kettle microwave, oven, and more.

The expansive backyard is proudly the greatest part of the home. Get lost in the variety of indigenous plant varieties, mature fruit trees, and fields of grass, all while overlooking the priceless view of the San Fernando Valley and DTLA. Jump in the pool with your family, or enjoy a glass of wine with the sound of birds in the background or be mesmerized by the night lights twinkling from the Valley or DTLA.

There is a 3-Car garage with a washer, dryer, and an EV charger (level 2) for your convenience.

The home was designed by my wife and son, with the help of skilled contractors over several years. It features artworks and photography from local artists, showcasing the beauty of Los Angeles that I have grown to love over the past 3+ decades living here.
