Bright, practical 2BR upper-floor stay near the airport with a full kitchen, living/dining area, washer, private balcony and self check-in.

The upstairs unit is private; a separate tenant lives downstairs, while the main entrance, courtyard and parking are shared.

Free access to a shared pool about 50 m away, open 8 AM–6 PM.

Aircraft noise can be noticeable, so this may not suit very noise-sensitive sleepers.

The accommodation is a private upper-floor unit with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, dining space and a full kitchen.

Bedroom 1 has two king beds. Bedroom 2 has one king bed and a sofa bed. The home accommodates up to 6 guests.

The kitchen is equipped for everyday meal preparation, and the unit also includes a washing machine. Guests have a private balcony/patio area and a BBQ for their use.

The ground floor is occupied by a separate long-term tenant. The upstairs guest accommodation is private and has its own lockable entrance door.

Access to the upstairs unit requires stairs. The main property entrance, courtyard and parking area are shared with the tenant living on the ground floor.

Guests also have free access to a shared swimming pool located at another property approximately 50 metres away. The pool is shared with other users and is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Aircraft noise
The home is close to the airport, so aircraft noise can be noticeable at different times of the day. Very noise-sensitive sleepers may prefer a quieter location.

Shared areas
The upstairs accommodation is private. The main property entrance, courtyard and parking area are shared with the ground-floor tenant.

Swimming pool
Guests have free access to the shared swimming pool at Blue Villa, a nearby property we manage. The pool is not onsite at this apartment and is shared with other guests. It is open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Electricity
For stays of 7 nights or less, electricity is included. For stays longer than 7 nights, 30 units per day are included. Additional usage is charged at THB 5 per unit.

Housekeeping
There is no regular cleaning during the stay. Linen and towels are changed approximately every 7 days.
