Prime location in the heart of Detroit, this location is unbeatable! You will be walking distance to all major attractions, sporting events, theatre's, and the Detroit Riverfront. Many great restaurants in the area!

The building was once an old historic hotel that has been transformed into cozy apartments. Original architecture can still be seen throughout the building.

This is a 5th floor unit 2-bedroom apartment furnished with 2 queen beds, and couch. It has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Detroit! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a comfortable night in! There's free WiFi! A communal laundry facility is located onsite for your convenience.

There are approximately 12 stairs to climb from the street level entrance to the elevators.

There is a potential for street noise from games at nearby Ford Field and a local rooftop club on weekends.

Parking is available at the guest's expense, hourly metered street parking is available, as well as daily rates at the Parking Garage across the street at the Detroit Opera House.

$1,000 fine plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside the apartment or building. Your stay will be cancelled and you will have to leave the property immediately. The entire building is on a sprinkler system costs will be significant.

Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!

You can access the building by coded entry and a smart lock on the apartment. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. You will have full access of the entire apartment.
