This condo is on the first floor and comfortably sleeps 6 guests with its 1800 sq ft. The 2 large bedrooms have king beds, full size closets, and dressers for ample storage of your belongings. The living room features a queen size sofa bed. The primary bedroom has premium linens, an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi size bathtub, large walk in shower, and vanity with several drawers and counter space.
The Second bedroom has a TV with local cable, dressers, closet and separate balcony for your private enjoyment. Bathroom is connected. There is also a portable full size massage table. Have one with the view of the ocean.
The full length balcony allows you to enjoy the view from the living room or Master bedroom providing the perfect view for breathtaking sunsets or wake up refreshed to the sound of the waves with your favorite cup of coffee or tea. The balcony features a 4 top table, a set of 2 chairs and table, a bench with table and a swinging bench with table. Features 2 large umbrellas to enjoy the outdoor balcony in the comfort of shade. Outdoor closet stores them along with chairs and umbrellas for your time at the beach.
The living room is large enough for a sofa, loveseat, reading chair and book area (also stores beach towels-floaters-outdoor dining), 60" TV with cable, google tv and a firestik, and a desk with a printer for workspace by the beach!
The Dining Room has a long table that seats 6 and a bar area with a wash sink, wine and beverage glasses, wine refrigerator, wine accessories and storage the holds the linens for the sofa bed.
The Kitchen is a large space with a view of the beach. Fully equipped with essentials as well as baking pans, toaster, air fryer, a coffee/tea area with your favorite blends, coffee brewer and kuerig style coffee maker. Has granite countertops with an 8 foot area to prep your favorite meals or bake cookies!
Full size washer and dryer are available inside the unit. The laundry room also has a cleaning sink, vacuum, cooler, extra chairs, hand truck, laundry basket, detergent, and dryer sheets.
Hall closet contains iron, ironing board, floor cleaners, duster, broom and dustpan, beach and picnic items, exercise ball, weights and mat.
We offer a boutique style expereince and will customized items to your preference. You will be sent a questionnaire to help us so you can check in grab a drink and relax. We supply in the kitchen - 2 rolls of paper towels, cleaning supplies, full size dish and hand soap, fresh sponge, and ample dishwasher pods. Refrigerator has ketchup, mustard, and mayo, bottled water and your favorites you indicated. Pantry has spices, olive oil, pancake syrup, popcorn, and your favorites as indicated. Each bathroom contains full size body wash, shampoo and conditioner, 4 rolls of toilet paper, makeup towels and removers, cotton balls, qtips, starter mouthwash and toothpaste, and flushable wipes.
Parking:
You have 2 designated parking spaces, no pass needed. There is also a charging port for your electric cars- remember to bring the cable.
Pool and jacuzzi are available privately shared, it is private to the residents only in the building. Right on the beach so you can bask in the pool and watch the sunset!
Check in: self check in via Keys in a lock box. You enter a gated area and take the elevator to floor 1 which all need keys. I would be happy to meet you there.
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances (Quiet Time 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
5. Must be 25 years of age minimum to rent. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25.
