HOUSE FEATURES:

Blairgowrie Beach Days has been freshly painted and updated throughout with beautiful scandi inspired styling. It features brand new comfortable beds and bed linen, brand new furniture and furnishings as well as an updated kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee pod machine. This coastal home consists of 2 levels – the entry level (downstairs) has the studio/3rd bedroom with a double bed, living area, single sofa bed, TV, bathroom and laundry facilities. There is also an outdoor patio to relax and take in the tranquil garden views and sea breezes while sitting in the hanging chair. The second level (upstairs) is the main hub of the home with an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, Smart TV, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a wrap around balcony overlooking the gardens with an outdoor lounge, BBQ, chairs and table for alfresco entertaining. Both levels can be accessed via the external staircase.

Other features include 2 Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, wall heaters in upstairs lounge and bedrooms, pedestal fans in the bedrooms and outdoor sitting areas set amongst the coastal gardens, with a fire pit to enjoy on the cooler evenings.

Bedroom 1: 1 x King bed (upstairs)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Tri Bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top) and 1 x Single Bunk bed (upstairs)
Bedroom 3/Studio: 1 x Double bed and 1 x Single sofa bed (downstairs)
Linen is included at this property. Please BYO beach towels if required.

HOUSE FACILITIES:

Upstairs features a wrap around balcony with outdoor lounge, BBQ and small table and chairs.
There is an updated kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee pod machine, and an open plan dining/lounge area.
There are 2 bathrooms – one upstairs and one downstairs. The family bathroom upstairs has a shower and separate toilet. The bathroom downstairs is an ensuite to the 3rd bedroom/studio and includes full laundry facilities with washing machine and clothes dryer.
2 Smart TVs (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs)
Wi-Fi service is included (Wi-Fi can be intermittent on the coast, so we cannot guarantee access/quality of service, especially during peak periods).
Wall heaters in upstair lounge and bedrooms and pedestal fans in bedrooms.
Linen is included.
There are 2 outdoor sitting areas set amongst the lovely coastal gardens, plus a fire pit to enjoy.
Please note, this property does not have a front gate and is not suitable for pets, thank you.
Off street parking for up to 4 cars, small boat or jet ski.
