- 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds, closet, flat-screen Smart TV and air conditioning;

- Living room with sofa, Smart TV, indoor fireplace and air conditioning;

- Kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, cooktop, electric oven, airfryer, microwave, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, wine glasses, pots, dishes and utensils;

- Dining area with table and 5 chairs and counter with 2 more chairs;

- 1 Social bathroom;

- Hotel quality bed and bath linens (extra bed linens and towels are charged by Seazone);

- Wi-Fi available;

- Private outdoor area with upholstered benches;

- 1 covered parking space. (fits pickup truck)

- Free washer and dryer available in the property;

- There is a barbecue on the property, but it will be for the exclusive use of the owner, please do not use it.

NOTE: The entire area is undergoing renovations and new constructions, and there may be noise from neighboring construction sites between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.

* Cleaning included in the price is only done at check-out. If the guest wishes for extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged.

* One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.

- Any disrespect for condominium/neighborhood rules is the guest's responsibility, in addition to fines;
- For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay;
- Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide identification documents for data verification.
