This residence has a very nice view of Lake Cleelum with the backdrop of Domerie Peak. Home has a contemporary design with vaulted ceilings and canned down lighting.

Newly added High speed fiber WIFI and Apple TV, 4th Generation with movie size 50 inch LCD flatscreen. New flatscreen in master with Apple TV 3. Flat screen with A Smart tv in second bedroom too! Apple or Roku TV provides limitless entertainment and music possibilities! There is a free Netflix account available to all guests and rooms simultaneously!! Walls have faux animal skins and trophy heads for an earthy eclectic feel.

Leather seating and recliner with stone backed fireplace to enjoy. Powder room on first level. Kitchen large enough for 2 cooks to work along side, plus a bar with stools for serving meals. Keurig coffee, standard coffee maker, Microwave, gas cooktop, oven, trash compactor, water dispenser. Second level contains 3 bedrooms and a spotless bathroom shared by 2 rooms.

Master suite has large windows facing Lake Cleelum with a bay window and a small gas wall fireplace. Home is equipped with a heat pump which provides air conditioning in summer.

Home surrounded by a large semi flat lot with no dangerous slopes for children. Floodlights on 4 corners. New deck on back of home. New Clearwater spa with 40 jets, 2 pumps and lighting package! New walking paths through yard with a fire table and benches! Gas BBQ provided. Nice outdoor seating. There are no full time residents near this home. Recently added: Round gas outdoor fireplace with bench seating, located away from house with bench seating and gravel pathways.

Well- equipped kitchen with everything you need including utensils, most spices, oils, paper towels, pots, pans, bowls, crock pot, mixer, blender. Downdraft gas cooktop and trash compactor. Chilled water dispenser.

Clean linens, bath towels, spa towels, make up towels, Kleenex, TP, hand soap, shampoo all provided. Dressers may be used as desired.
No laundry to do. Just strip beds and stack laundry downstairs. Sheets, pillow cases, towels. No bedspreads or pillow shams please.

Roads are in great condition for all vehicles, semi- paved with some gravel, minimal dust. 2 entry/ exit routes. Speed limit 10 mph.

Guests have access to entire home except locked homeowners closet. Roslyn tourist season starts in May. The sun is warm and much drier than Seattle weather!

Note: as autumn turns to winter after sustained snow accumulation the road closes and is only accessible by snow machine or walking. (Typically late December)

Winter access can vary, after about 1 foot of snow the road becomes only accessible by snow machine, rentals are available about a mile or two down the road. Many people choose to walk to their places in winter. About a 20 minute walk in. I am usually able to assist will my machine/ sled if requested on arrival. This can be subject to conditions such as not enough snow, etc. Home is .6 mile from parking to house.

Lake Cleelum has Boat launches, a wonderful sandy beach, and water sports opportunities. Jetski's and other boats rented at the Last Resort nearby.

Wish-poosh is a National Park with an incredible day-use park and boat launch. Lake water levels are full in spring and fully- leaved trees go underwater for a few weeks and emerge alive as the lake drops! Grass grows 6 feet high in acres of meadows, all walkable and safe for kids and pets. One of the most unique features I have ever seen.

Salmon La Sac is a few miles west with stunning views and hikes, fishing in Cooper Lake.

Ellensburg Canyon: Take second Ellensburg exit heading east on I-90. Head south on canyon road. Follows the Yakima River through the foothills. Dry scablands, easy or aggressive hikes, river footbridge, river floating, fishing, great bicycle route. Keep driving to Yakima where wineries abound! On cooler days, this area tends to be warmer, the closer you drive to Yakima.

Few properties in this area have lake or mountain views. Home is on a dead end road with minimal traffic flow. Majority of homes on the hill are weekend getaways. There are a few full- time residents around, including 2 on Sandstone Drive. Walk up hill to Roslyn ridge, or down hill to the lake and beach areas.
