Very comfortable 70 sq meters apartment. Very clean. Two people sleep comfortably in pull out king size bed in living room. Queen size bed in first bedroom also can sleep two people. And there is a single bed in second bedroom for one person
Location is the best in Split.

No smoking or bringing people that are not guests. No excessive drinking in the apartment

Apartment has brand new specially designed windows against noise. Since we are located in the center of city, where streets are narrow, we invested in new soundproofing windows. Every room has a window with triple insulated,laminated glass, with argon gas in between the layers of glass. It is also great barrier of heat
