Our cottages have been a vacation destination for families for over 50 years! Enjoy the peaceful Adirondack forest around you, or drive down to our private beach to swim, use our kayaks, or play in the sand or at the playground. Dock slips available for your boat or rental boat (limited number, additional fee). Located just one mile north of the town of Bolton Landing and 20 minutes north of Lake George village, our cottages put you right in the middle of beautiful Lake George!

This cottage is on 15 acres of wooded property with 18 other cottages. Our private property features 3 playgrounds, a recreation hall with pool, ping pong, shuffle board, and other games, multiple shared fire pits, free use of canoes, rowboats, and kayaks, a roped swimming area in the lake with a raft and shallow protected area for young children, and a sandy beach. There is NO LIFEGUARD. This cottage is just a short 1/3 mile drive down to the lake on our private, paved road.

We have 11 dock spaces, most of which accommodate boats up to 24 feet in length. Two dock slips can take boats longer than 24 feet. You can reserve one for your personal boat or rental boat by contacting me when making your booking. Dock slips are available for daily or weekly rental. There is parking on our property for your trailer, but boats must be launched at Norowal Marina (1-1/2 miles south of us).

We provide bed linens, towels, bar soap, Lysol spray, hand sanitizer, dish detergent, a sponge, Brillo, stove top cleaner, kitchen towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. You should bring your own shampoo, body wash, beach towels, and charcoal if you want to grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances, but there is no dishwasher. We expect our guests to hand wash dishes before check out. If you need more details about anything, please message me!

There is parking for 2 vehicles next to the cottage. If you plan to have more than 2 vehicles, please let me know and we can make arrangements. There is parking at the lake as well.

There is a charcoal BBQ grill outside the cottage next to the porch. Bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.

Our property is across the street from Up Yonda Farm, a 75 acre nature center. This county owned property has hiking trails, a butterfly garden, a pond where you can see turtles, a maple sugar processing display, a small natural history museum, and they sometimes have events like make-your-own-birdhouse or guided painting workshops.
