Discover a spacious and welcoming home, designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups.
On the ground floor, a large entrance hall with separate Wc leads to two living spaces. The first lounge has a television, Wi-Fi connection, coffee tables and sofas, whilst a second bright relaxation area invites you to enjoy a moment of calm.
The spacious dining room, equipped with a large table and chairs, benefits from direct access to the terrace and garden, ideal for sharing your meals with family or friends.
The adjoining kitchen, fully equipped, has everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and complete crockery.
Bedrooms
The property has four bedrooms spread over two levels.
On the ground floor, two large bedrooms are each equipped with a 160 cm double bed, a chest of drawers and bedside tables.
A bathroom is also available at this level. It is equipped with a shower cubicle, a sink with storage unit, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer.
Upstairs, the landing has a desk as well as separate Wc.
The first bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed.
The second bedroom has three 90 cm single beds, bedside tables and a shelf, ideal for accommodating children or friends.
A second bathroom completes the sleeping area upstairs. It is equipped with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with storage, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer.
Outside
Enjoy a enclosed and peaceful garden located at the rear of the house, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquillity after a day at the beach.
The garden is furnished with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue, perfect for sharing a meal or enjoying a beautiful summer evening with family or friends.

Stay times: arrival from 4pm and departure by 10am at the latest
Accommodation prepared for your arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included. (1 towel per person)
Departure instructions: please wash and put away the dishes, empty the refrigerator, take out the bins and gather used linen in the entrance.
A supplement may be charged if instructions are not followed or deep cleaning is required (AirCover or security deposit)
Depending on the platform, a security deposit by bank imprint not debited (via Swikly) may be requested.
On your arrival day, you will receive the digital welcome booklet as well as your entry instructions (self-check-in or physical)
