This apartment features 2 spacious and bright bedrooms, each with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, offering a comfortable stay for up to 4 people. The living areas are also very spacious and pleasant, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room that opens directly onto the outdoor terrace. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

The major highlight of this apartment is its incredible 140 m² rooftop, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the famous Calpe Rock. You can also enjoy the jacuzzi (open from 01/05 to 15/10) and the large outdoor living area with its lounge corner, or have lunch in the shade under the covered terrace. You won’t find anything more luxurious in the area!

To cool off, there is a shared swimming pool (16x8m) available, surrounded by a beautiful lawn, parasols, and numerous sun loungers. The pool is open from May to October, daily from 9 am to 10 pm.

A private garage is available with 1 parking space and the possibility to store 1 or 2 bicycles (upon request).

Finally, the apartment is a 5-minute drive from the center of Calpe, where you can have lunch at a restaurant, go shopping, or enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches of Calpe. In the surrounding area, you can explore the famous Peñón de Ifach Natural Park or visit the charming nearby villages and discover authentic Spanish culture.
