1) Check-in & Check-out

2) Cleaning, Bedding & Towels
• Upon arrival, guests are provided with clean bed linen and a set of towels.
• Apartment cleaning is carried out once — after check-out.
• If you require additional cleaning or linen change during your stay, please contact the administrator.
These services are available for an additional fee, which can be agreed upon with the administrator. ( price 250 aed )

3) Required Documents (Mandatory)

According to the requirements of the Dubai Department of Tourism, we must receive:
• Clear copies of passports for all guests;
• If the booking is made for friends, a passport copy of the account holder is also required.

⚠️ Access cannot be granted without these documents.
• Check-in details will be sent on the day of arrival at 2:45 PM, in accordance with company policy.

4) Complimentary Supplies
• Complimentary items (such as toiletries, water, coffee, etc.) are provided only on the day of check-in.
• The apartment does not operate as a hotel, therefore daily replenishment or replacement is not included.

5) Luggage & Personal Belongings

In accordance with company security policies and building management rules:
• Storing guests’ personal belongings at the reception or at the apartment entrance is prohibited;
• Bringing belongings into the apartment before official check-in is strictly prohibited.

6) Age Requirement
• All guests booking the apartment must be 21 years of age or older.

7) Maintenance & Third-Party Services
• Inviting any third-party companies (including cleaning services, maintenance, or repair services) into the apartment during your stay is strictly prohibited.
• All service or cleaning requests must be made exclusively through the management company.

There are no baby cots/cribs provided in the apartment.
The apartment is rented exactly as shown in the photos in the listing.

9) Extra linen set:
For 2 guests, 1 bed and 1 set of bed linen are provided.
Separate sleeping arrangements (bed + sofa) are available for an extra fee — an additional set of bed linen is not included.

10) Order Cleaning :
If you need cleaning, or a change of bed linen or towels, please let us know in advance — at least one day, preferably two. In most buildings, a permit from the management company is required for cleaners, which takes at least a day and a half. Notifying us in advance helps ensure everything is arranged on time and without inconvenience.( Payment is made via Payment Link)
