This house of character, made of millstone, with its high ceilings, parquet floors and moldings offers you the charm of the old, enhanced by a careful renovation.
On the ground floor, you will be greeted by an entrance leading to a large bright living room with a fireplace and the dining room.
For convivial moments, an open kitchen with a fully equipped and functional glass roof awaits you overlooking the sunny terrace and the landscaped garden where you can relax in the swimming pool or enjoy the brazier.
For fans, a games room equipped with table football and an electronic darts game awaits you.
A bedroom (140cm) completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed (140 cm) as well as a two bedroom with 120 cm bed. A bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet completes the floor.
