Enjoy with your family in this newly renovated apartment with 2 adult bedrooms and 1 kids sleep and play room.

Inner space provides 70m2 with bathroom and toilet and 2 outer spaces that provide endless opportunities for relaxing and enjoyment. Balcony, terrace and playground for kids supplement inner space and creating full comfort for a perfect holiday for your family.

Everything you need is nearby (shops, restaurants, coffee shops) while beach is 650m if you walk or 350m if you fly :)

Apartment Lili is called after our second love - son Liam. Like the apartment, Liam is somewhat not easy however you quickly fall in love on the endless possibilities and love. We fell in love with our kids first, then Primošten and then this house. We are sure our guests will enjoy it as much as we are enjoying it.

This is the second year of apartment renting. Last years agency was renting it (so they have all the ratings) however we want to improve guests' experience following great communication.

Apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms with large beds and kids' room with bunk bed in a small room that is full with toys both for boys and girls, small and big kids. Apartment is spacious and has a lot of space for hanging out, relaxing and storage space.

Apartment has 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 toalet. There is washing machine with all needed cleaning and washing supplies.

Living room is spacious with table that allows different sizes to allow space even for 2 large families. Additionally, there is a large table also set on the terrace and grill (not on photos but additionally set).

Kitchen is new and has everything needed for everyday cooking. Set and kitchen supplies are sufficient for 2 families. It allows not washing every single thing immediately. There is also washing machine for dishes. Upon request, there are children supplies also available such as high chair and other things that make parents' lives a bit easier and that only parents appreciate. At least we as a parents missed it during our travels.

Large playground is unique feature in Primošten and we did not see it anywhere else available. Goals, basketball, balls, trucks, toys are available for guests.

Guests have available entire apartment followed with space next to the apartment - large terrace and playground. Apartment is large with available free parking.

Only 350m air distance and 650m walk to nicest beaches, multiple restaurants, coffee shops and other fun summer content. If you have kids we provide upon request also our toys for help to keep your kids entertained and help you on the beach: kids stroller, beach wagon for kids etc. We know that sometimes it is difficult to carry both kids and all things that you need for kids. If we can help you in the process we are happy to do so.
