Head to the upper level where three bedrooms await, each offering panoramic ocean views. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, a generous ensuite, and a balcony overlooking the vast Pacific. Enjoy the walk-in shower or relax in the jacuzzi tub. A substantial walk-in closet and a toilet room with a bidet add to the master suite's comfort.
The second guest room features a queen bed, while the third bedroom boasts a queen bed and a twin bed, with a private ensuite including a tub/shower combo. An additional hallway bathroom provides convenience with a tub/shower combo.
Every bedroom, both on the main and upper levels, provides awe-inspiring ocean views. The ground-level patio is an entertainer's haven with a dining set, bistro seating, a sofa set, and a fire pit area – all against the dramatic backdrop of the ocean. Inside, practicality is enhanced with a washer and dryer, and ample parking is available in the expansive driveway. Central air conditioning ensures comfort year-round.

To comply with applicable legal requirements, local regulations, and our internal security procedures, all reservations of 30 nights or longer require the primary booking guest to provide a valid government issued photo ID and selfie holding the ID prior to check in. This verification helps confirm the identity of the responsible guest and ensures compliance with our booking policies.
Please refer to our rental contract under house rules for our cancellation policy. Guest is REQUIRED to sign our rental contract prior to receiving access to the house.
We have a VERY strict NO PET POLICY. No pets permitted on or about the property at any time. Please do not inquire if you are bringing an animal. No exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding.
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a noise ordinance from surrounding neighbors after 9pm. If you are looking for a party house, unfortunately this would not be the right fit.
Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of $475 will be charged to Guest for excess sand brought into the house. Guests are asked to wash their feet and feet of children before entry into the home. Sand found on furniture or in beds will result in the additional $475 cleaning fee. White towels and linens are not to be used to remove make-up or for cleaning greasy, bloody or dirty objects. A $25/towel and $55/sheet cleaning fee will be assessed for damage to towels and linens.
