Riders will love the secure bike workshop, racks, stands, tools, air compressor, e-bike charging and dedicated bike wash area. The standout feature is the property's dedicated MTB setup. Rather than leaving bikes outside or trying to clean them in the driveway, riders have access to a lock-up workshop complete with bike racks and stands, maintenance tools, an air compressor and e-bike charging points, plus a designated bike wash area for cleaning off the day's dust and mud.

The home has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Upstairs is a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area filled with natural light, opening onto a large deck overlooking the fully fenced backyard.
The well-equipped kitchen makes feeding a large group easy, while the outdoor entertaining area and kitchen are ideal for relaxed breakfasts, BBQ dinners and post-ride drinks.
Downstairs you'll find an additional media room — a great place to put your feet up after a full day on the trails.
Ducted air conditioning upstairs and split-system air conditioning downstairs keep the home comfortable year-round, while Wi-Fi and a large-screen TV provide the essentials when it's time to relax.
And when everyone needs a break from the bikes, Surf Beach is approximately 350 metres away.
