Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. 1 mile south of the UofO campus & Hayward Field and only 3 miles from Autzen Stadium.

Two blocks east is one of Eugene's best parks, Amazon Park, which has bark running trails, multiple dog parks, skate park, playground, and aquatic center (open during summer months).

Ask about our Tesla Model Y and/or electric bike rentals to make exploring Eugene easy and fun!

This space can sleep 6 people comfortably, however we only accept reservations for a total of 4 adults. We will consider bookings up to 7 people for families with children.

SLEEPING
There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and the larger room has a baby crib. A queen sized air-mattress can be provided for larger group and fits nicely in the den area.

Please note that bedroom closets are used for owner's storage. However, luggage racks and a spot for hanging clothing is provided in each bedroom space.

KITCHEN
Is fully equipped, a few of the highlighted amenities are:
- Espresso machine with coffee beans. Guests are encouraged and welcome to use the espresso machine, we just ask that you watch the 5 minute tutorial video sent in your welcome message to ensure proper use.
- Keurig coffee with pods and starting supplies
- Crock-pot
- Instapot
- Kitchen aid mixer
- Two-oven glass cooktop

CHILDREN
Children are not permitted in the Sauna and must be accompanied by an adult while in the backyard. Cleaning supplies are stored under the kitchen sink and in the secondary bathroom, adults are responsible to keep children out of these areas.

Children's toys, books, crib, and baby shampoo are always available. Please message us about the availability of bob jogging stroller (has chicco babyseat converter), highchair, baby bath seat, baby monitor, bouncy chair, on-the-go baby dome, and changing station. We can also provide diapers and wipes, Kirkland brand, for a small fee.


IMPORTANT NOTE
We want to ensure a good relationship with the other members in our community. This house is not appropriate for parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are 9pm- 8am.

You have full access to the home, backyard, and sauna, the closets are used to store owner's personal items.

There is a studio apartment in the side yard of this property. It is completely separate from the main house, and you probably won't even know it's there, but please be conscientious of other guests coming and going. Your group may wish to rent the studio and main house at the same time if dates are available, contact host for details.

Our Tesla Model Y is available for rental, through Turo, at a discounted rate when booked with one of our airbnbs. Message host for details.

My husband and I LOVE adventuring in the PNW, especially now with our girls. Airbnb has always been our go-to for stays and since we've enjoyed it so much, we decided to venture into the hosting world ourselves! My hope for anyone staying with us is that you experience a clean and peaceful place to dwell. There is so much natural beauty around us and I want you to come and fully enjoy that...and maybe a duck game too while you're at it ;)
