1 mile from downtown! You get your own private bedroom w/ a bathroom that you'll share with other guests, if any are there. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. 2.4 miles from Rupp Arena, 2.5 mi from UK. I'll also be there if you need anything. I love people so if you need/want to chat, I'm in! Or, if you want to just be left alone & get some rest, I 100% respect that too. Your bedroom will be on the 2nd story along with the bathroom you'll use. My room & bathroom are downstairs. It’s a big house!

A cozy private bedroom in my cozy home! Located conveniently in downtown Lexington, I've been fortunate to host over 200 guests in my home through Airbnb and decided recently to open up another bedroom due so much demand. This room has a queen bed, nice lighting during the day, quiet, a desk area, a closet, good lighting at night, and comfy carpet which feels great and absorbs sound, making everything that much quieter. Just over a mile to UK's campus and close to everything you want to see!

This is an unassuming ranch style house with a tenant living upstairs and a completely separate apartment entrance downstairs. Conveniently located near 4 grocery stores, shopping, near 4 hospitals and the University of Kentucky. Garage parking is available with an automatic garage door opener. Please let me know if you are bringing any pets. There is an additional fee for them.
