Oslo Cross Country Skiing
We will meet by the Sognsvann subway station where you will get equipments and instructions as well as an introduction to Norwegian winter culture and history of cross-country skiing and a guidance about how to use the skis. Then we will enjoy approximately 1.5-2 hours of skiing on some of the best skiing trails around the Sognsvann lake and in the forest. We always try to adjust the trip to everyone's level so please let us know if that is your first time or if you have done this activity before. Please remember this is an outdoor winter sports activity. You need to be properly dressed for winter and be able to endure at least 2 hours of physical activity. We recommend some sports clothing and gloves. The ski touring equipment is included in the price.
The Ultimate Norwegian Skiing Experience
We will explore the white and beautiful winter with skies on our feet, the true Norwegian way! I will provide all skiing equipment for you at your arrival. This is for you that have not been skiing a lot before, but wants to try. The main idea for this trip is for you to have fun together! To try something new, to eat something good (typical Norwegian cross-country food), and to have fun together with skies on your feet. I might also challenge you with some fun activities. This is an excellent experience to get to know each other, see great nature and have fun. Throughout the experience we will also take some nice pictures. We start off at our meeting point at Skullerud Metro station ( Line 3 towards Mortensrud from Oslo central station, 20 minutes ride.). From here we will find the right equipment for you to be ready, and then we start off by exploring the area of Østmarka. In the beginning you will get a small introduction for basic techniques to get started, and from there on, its a lot of "learning by doing". and I will of course give you some pointers along the way if needed. During the trip we will take a nice break to enjoy and heat up with some Traditional Norwegian skiing snack. Depending on the weather, the destination and meeting point might change, so that we get to the best skiing conditions. If so, you will be notified in advance. Other things to note This experience is open for everybody. There is no demand for level, or expectations to perform. This is an experience of pure joy in good company, trying something new and having fun together as a group.

Snowshoes & ice fishing in the mountain
Chocolate Making like a Pro
We'll work with organic nut-free, gluten-free, milk-free, dark chocolate (yes, that means vegan). This course lasts about 3 hours. – We start by talking a bit about tempering & chocolate chemistry. – Then you make your own inclusion bars and solid confectionery, and we discuss a bit of history and how the processes to make chocolate have evolved. Be ready to get your hands and clothes covered in chocolate (even if you have an apron). You'll be able to select 20 different toppings and spices and you'll experiment with flavor combinations that (hopefully) you haven't tried before. – While we wait for the chocolate to set, we'll have a tasting profile where you'll guess different quantities of cacao on each chocolate type, and we'll talk about processes for fermentation and other fun facts. This course is human-friendly! That means I welcome the LGBTQ+ community, all religions, ethnics groups, ages and whatever makes you human (doggos are also allowed with previous notification). It's great for couples or small groups who want to do something personal together. Equally fun for large groups who want to make a lot of chocolate together! My goal is to get you thinking about chocolate beyond candy, but as a rich, versatile ingredient that is healthy and has a lot to offer to even the pickiest
